Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 September 2026. Wind & Wall is a brand of The Winding Room LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company based in North Dakota, United States. This policy covers windandwall.com.

What we collect

If you join our list: your email address, the form you used and the date. If you order once the shop opens: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and billing and shipping addresses. When you browse: the pages you visit and basic technical data such as browser type, used to run the site and keep your cart.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use it

To send the updates you signed up for, to take, ship and support orders, to handle returns, to prevent fraud, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: our payment processor, our web host, the carrier who delivers your order, and Meta, which measures our advertising (see below). We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout and fraud prevention.

We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure which of our ads lead to visits, sign-ups and purchases. They record the pages you view and actions such as joining our list, adding an item to your cart or completing a purchase, along with technical data such as your IP address and browser. If you give us your email address, a scrambled (hashed) version may be sent to Meta so it can match the visit to an account. Meta may use this to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

You can limit this in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, or block it with your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker. The site works normally either way.

How long we keep it

List addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, generally seven years. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we must keep by law. Email hello@windandwall.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
