30-day returns

You can return any order within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@windandwall.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return arrives and is checked.

Something wrong with your order

If anything arrives damaged, or a piece is missing, email us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.
